Job Title: Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney

As a Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney at Thompson & Tredennick, LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from complex commercial disputes to personal injury claims. You will be responsible for representing clients in court, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements. You will work closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and support throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil litigation
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
