Job Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs and cats
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns
• Maintain grooming tools and equipment in good working condition
• Keep accurate records of each pet’s grooming history
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

To be considered for the Pet Groomer position at Bone on the Bayou, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a professional pet groomer
• Knowledge of different grooming techniques and styles for various breeds
• Ability to handle pets with care, patience, and compassion
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Certification from a recognized grooming school or program is a plus
