Are you a talented attorney looking to take your career to the next level? Hightower, Russo & Capellan is seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team. We currently have openings in the following practice areas:

Accident & Property Damage Attorneys:

• Handle a variety of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice.
• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and in court proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for their cases.

Corporate & Partnership Law Attorneys:

• Advise clients on business formation, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
• Provide guidance on compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

To be considered for a position at Hightower, Russo & Capellan, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant practice area.
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
