Job Title: Financial Planning Consultant

Location: Various locations across the United States

Job Description:

As a Financial Planning Consultant at TIAA, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals to help our clients make informed decisions about their finances. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to individuals and families, including retirement planning, investment management, and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on financial planning concepts and strategies
• Develop customized financial plans based on clients’ goals and risk tolerance
• Recommend investment products and services that align with clients’ objectives
• Monitor and review clients’ financial plans regularly to ensure they remain on track
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients navigate changing financial circumstances

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
