Current Job Openings

1. Youth Pastor

• Lead and oversee the youth ministry at New Life Baptist Church
• Plan and coordinate weekly youth group meetings, events, and activities
• Provide mentorship and guidance to youth members
• Develop and implement programs to engage youth in spiritual growth
• Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth into church activities

2. Music Director

• Lead and direct the music ministry at New Life Baptist Church
• Select appropriate music for worship services and special events
• Coordinate rehearsals and performances of the church choir and musicians
• Work with the pastor to enhance the worship experience through music
• Recruit and train volunteers to participate in the music ministry

3. Outreach Coordinator

• Develop and implement outreach programs to engage the community
• Organize and promote church events and activities to attract visitors
• Coordinate volunteer efforts for community service projects
• Network with local organizations to build partnerships for outreach initiatives
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts

Qualifications

While specific qualifications may vary depending on the job position, we are seeking individuals who are dedicated to serving the Lord and have a passion for ministry. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in a ministry or church setting is preferred but not required.
