Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and represent clients in a variety of corporate and partnership matters.

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
Handle mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporate and partnership law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
