Job Title: Freight Forwarding Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from origin to destination
• Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to secure the best shipping options for our clients
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs clearance and export/import documentation
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide updates to clients as needed
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation, working proactively to find solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in industry software and tools
