Position: General Practice Attorney

Job Description

As a General Practice Attorney at Moody Law Firm PC, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters across different practice areas. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Managing and prioritizing a diverse caseload
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to providing quality legal services
