Position: Construction Consultant

Job Description:

As a Construction Consultant at Gareth Construction Corporation, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the construction process. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing detailed project plans, and overseeing the execution of construction projects to ensure they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives
• Develop and present project proposals and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction consulting or project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software
