Job Responsibilities:

Concrete Contractors:

• Perform all aspects of concrete work including pouring, leveling, and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Pavement & Floor Marking Specialists:

• Mark parking lots, roadways, and other paved surfaces with precision and accuracy
• Operate line striping equipment and tools
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Skilled Paving Contractors:

• Install and repair asphalt and concrete pavements
• Operate paving equipment such as rollers and pavers
• Ensure proper compaction and smooth finishes on all surfaces
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in concrete work, pavement marking, or paving
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
