Position Available: Boat Storage Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate boat storage unit
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized storage facility
• Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of stored boats
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in boat storage or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position Available: Self Storage Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with renting self-storage units
• Provide information on storage unit sizes and prices
• Prepare rental agreements and collect payments
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
• Monitor storage facility for security and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or property management
• Strong computer skills and ability to use basic office equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Position Available: Storage Household & Commercial Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate storage unit size
• Provide information on rental rates and promotions
• Process rental agreements and collect payments
• Inspect storage units for cleanliness and readiness for new customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in storage facility management or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
