Position Available: Boat Storage Specialist
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting the appropriate boat storage unit
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized storage facility
Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of stored boats
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
Prior experience in boat storage or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Position Available: Self Storage Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with renting self-storage units
Provide information on storage unit sizes and prices
Prepare rental agreements and collect payments
Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
Monitor storage facility for security and cleanliness
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or property management
Strong computer skills and ability to use basic office equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Position Available: Storage Household & Commercial Specialist
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting the appropriate storage unit size
Provide information on rental rates and promotions
Process rental agreements and collect payments
Inspect storage units for cleanliness and readiness for new customers
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Prior experience in storage facility management or related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
