Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of practice areas
• Research and analyze complex legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements
• Appear in court and argue cases on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings
• Keep abreast of legal developments and actively participate in continuing legal education
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing law, ideally in a general practice setting
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services
