Position: Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve any issues
• Track and update shipment status using our logistics software
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics or transportation preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
