Position: Loan Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer at Hit Mortgage, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing real estate loans and providing them with guidance throughout the mortgage process.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Analyze clients’ financial situations and provide them with suitable mortgage options
• Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of mortgage lending practices and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
