Job Title: Insurance Consultant

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Consultant to join our team. As an Insurance Consultant at The ACA Experts, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the ACA, including compliance, reporting, and plan selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth assessments of clients’ current insurance plans and coverage
• Providing recommendations for improving coverage and reducing costs
• Assisting with the implementation of new insurance plans and benefits
• Ensuring clients are compliant with all ACA regulations
• Communicating effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and recommendations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience working in the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on ACA compliance
• Strong knowledge of ACA regulations and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Insurance industry certifications a plus
