We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Caprile’s Auto Sales, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and budget. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

• Assist customers in selecting and test driving vehicles
• Negotiate pricing and financing options
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge

2. Automotive Technician

If you have a passion for working on cars and are skilled in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, we want to hear from you! As an Automotive Technician at Caprile’s Auto Sales, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they are in top condition for our customers. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
