We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Alto Auto Salvage, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of automobile accessories, used & rebuilt auto parts, and automobile parts & supplies to customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads
• Provide product information and assistance to customers

2. Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse Associates play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility. Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, and inventorying automobile accessories, used & rebuilt auto parts, and automobile parts & supplies. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive and inspect incoming inventory
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Prepare orders for shipment

3. Customer Service Representative

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Alto Auto Salvage, and our Customer Service Representatives play a key role in ensuring that our clients’ needs are met. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude when assisting customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Process orders and returns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset
