We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Home Health Services Associate:

• Location: Various locations across the state
• Job Type: Full-time
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to patients in their homes
  • Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and ensure their overall well-being
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Qualifications:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • Previous experience in home health care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

2. Medical Clinics Nurse:

• Location: City Medical Clinic
• Job Type: Part-time
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care in a clinic setting
  • Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures and treatments
  • Perform nursing assessments and triage patients as needed
  • Educate patients about their health conditions and treatment plans
  • Manage patient records and documentation
• Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Experience working in a clinic setting preferred
  • Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
