Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage
• Recommend insurance policies that best meet clients’ needs
• Process insurance policy applications and claims
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance laws

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
