We are Hiring:

Are you passionate about events and creating beautiful memories? Do you have a flair for detail and a creative eye? If so, we want you to join our team at Velvet Event Space! We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Event Coordinator

• Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial planning to execution
• Create event proposals, budgets, and timelines
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life
• Manage vendors and ensure all logistics are in place for a successful event

2. Wedding Planner

• Assist couples in planning their dream wedding
• Coordinate vendors, venues, and timelines for the big day
• Create wedding budgets and keep track of expenses
• Provide support and guidance to couples throughout the planning process

3. Event Designer

• Create stunning event designs and layouts
• Select decor, lighting, and floral arrangements to enhance the overall look and feel of the event
• Work closely with clients to understand their style and preferences
• Bring creative ideas to the table to make each event unique and memorable

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about events and have a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative flair and an eye for design
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
