Job Description

As a Freight Forwarding Coordinator at Full Moon Freight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of our clients’ shipments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with shippers, carriers, and consignees to facilitate the transportation of goods
• Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork
• Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure they reach their destinations on time
• Managing communication with clients to provide updates on the status of their shipments
• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using transportation management software
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
