We are Hiring: Family Law Attorney

We are currently looking for a talented Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients through challenging legal situations. At Steve A Bavousett, we value integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and adoption
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Appear in court to argue motions and represent clients at hearings and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
