We are Hiring: Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
