Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the freight forwarding process for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery of shipments
• Negotiate rates with carriers to optimize cost-effective solutions for clients
• Prepare and process documentation for international shipments, including customs forms and bill of lading
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure they reach their destinations without delay
• Resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the transportation process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and MS Office programs
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset
