Position Available: Surgeon – General Surgery

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to appendectomies, hernia repairs, and gallbladder removals.
• Evaluate patients’ medical histories and provide recommendations for surgical treatment options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Stay current on advancements in surgical techniques and technology.
• Participate in on-call schedules as needed.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in General Surgery.
• Fellowship training in a surgical subspecialty is a plus.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Available: Physician – Weight Loss Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients for weight loss surgery candidacy.
• Develop individualized weight loss plans for patients.
• Monitor patients’ progress and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with dietitians and psychologists to address patients’ emotional and nutritional needs.
• Participate in patient education and outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Weight Loss Management, Obesity Medicine, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state.
• Experience in bariatric surgery is a plus.
• Strong empathy and understanding of the complexities of weight loss issues.
