As a Health Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, processing insurance claims, and assisting patients with understanding their insurance benefits. You will work closely with our healthcare providers and billing department to ensure seamless billing and reimbursement processes. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between patients and insurance companies to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Process insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist patients with understanding their insurance benefits and coverage
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing and reimbursement issues
• Stay up-to-date on changes in insurance regulations and policies

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working in health insurance or medical billing
