Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with insurance claims
• Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage and obtain necessary information
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients regarding insurance-related inquiries
• Work closely with the billing department to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance adjusting or related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with insurance companies and patients
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for claim processing
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and billing procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
