1. Physicians & Surgeons

We are looking for highly skilled and compassionate Physicians and Surgeons to join our team. As a Physician or Surgeon at Esses, Stephen I, MD, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group of professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive medical assessments and providing personalized treatment plans to patients
• Performing surgical procedures with precision and expertise
• Collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

2. Physical Therapists

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Physical Therapists to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Esses, Stephen I, MD, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients’ mobility and function
• Educating patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
• Monitoring patients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

3. Surgery Centers

We are looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our Surgery Centers team. As a member of our Surgery Centers staff, you will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, providing pre- and post-operative care, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting surgeons during procedures and ensuring all necessary equipment is in place
• Monitoring patients’ vital signs and responding to any changes or complications
• Providing post-operative care and instructions to patients and their families
• Maintaining a clean and organized surgical environment
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices

Qualifications:
