Bo Bobby Song, MD, CAQSM is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician & Surgeon to join our team in the field of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ medical history and perform physical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and other physical disabilities
- Perform various interventional procedures such as injections and nerve blocks
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management
- Valid medical license to practice in the state
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and physical disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
