Job Title: Ophthalmologist
As an Ophthalmologist at Tara E. Hahn, MD, you will have the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Hahn and a team of skilled healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating eye conditions, performing surgeries, and providing post-operative care to patients. We are seeking a compassionate individual with excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose vision problems and eye diseases
- Perform surgical procedures to correct vision issues, such as cataracts or glaucoma
- Prescribe medication and other treatments to manage eye conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients
- Educate patients on eye health and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification in Ophthalmology
- Valid state medical license
- Excellent clinical and surgical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
