Clinic Positions Available:

1. Clinic Registered Nurse

As a Clinic Registered Nurse at Nantz National Alzheimer Center, you will play a crucial role in the care of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and monitoring patients’ conditions
• Administering medication and treatments
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families

2. Clinic Social Worker

Our Clinic Social Workers are key members of our team, providing essential support to our patients and their families. Responsibilities of this role include:

• Conducting psychosocial assessments
• Developing care plans and providing counseling
• Connecting patients with community resources
• Advocating for patients’ needs

3. Clinic Patient Care Coordinator

As a Clinic Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient patient care delivery. Your duties will include:

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating care plans
• Managing patient records and documentation
• Assisting patients with navigating the healthcare system
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

At Nantz National Alzheimer Center, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease. To be considered for a position in our clinic, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid state nursing license for Registered Nurses
• Master’s degree in Social Work for Clinic Social Workers
• Experience in healthcare coordination for Patient Care Coordinators
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
