Job Description

As a Software Engineer at Bridgeway Software Inc., you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions for legal and compliance management. You will work closely with our team of developers and architects to design and implement high-quality software that meets the needs of our clients. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Java, C++, or other programming languages
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
