Position: Medical Center Liaison

As a Medical Center Liaison at Houston Marriott Medical Center/Museum District, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals and patients in the surrounding area. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with local medical centers to promote our hotel as a preferred accommodation for patients and their families
• Organizing events and promotional activities targeting medical professionals and patients
• Providing information about our hotel’s amenities and services to medical professionals and patients
• Handling inquiries and special requests from medical professionals and patients with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensuring that the needs of medical professionals and patients are met during their stay at our hotel

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of people
• Knowledge of the medical industry and an understanding of the needs of medical professionals and patients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
