Overview:

Robert Kwok & Assoc is a reputable law firm specializing in providing legal services to individuals experiencing domestic violence. We are currently seeking experienced Domestic Violence Attorneys to join our team and help us make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Position: Domestic Violence Attorney

As a Domestic Violence Attorney at Robert Kwok & Assoc, you will be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings related to domestic violence cases. You will work closely with clients to understand their circumstances and provide them with legal guidance and support throughout the legal process.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in domestic violence cases in court
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and plea deals on behalf of clients
• Work closely with clients to provide support and guidance
• Stay up-to-date with changes in domestic violence laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic violence law
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
