Position: Catering Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all catering events from start to finish
• Communicate with customers to understand their catering needs and preferences
• Create customized catering menus based on client requests
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation are exceptional
• Manage catering budgets and costs to ensure profitability
• Oversee delivery and set-up of catering orders
• Provide exceptional customer service to all catering clients

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in catering or event planning is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and creative

Position: Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Ensure all food products are handled and stored safely
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Food Handler’s certificate is a plus
