Position: Furniture Sales Associate

As a Furniture Sales Associate at Omi Plus, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces for their homes. You will provide product information, offer design suggestions, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others create their dream home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide knowledgeable product information and design advice
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of interior design principles is a plus
