We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Fire & Water Damage Restoration Technician

As a Fire & Water Damage Restoration Technician at Target Restoration Services, you will be responsible for responding to emergencies and providing restoration services to residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, or other disasters. Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to emergency calls and performing on-site assessments
• Extracting water, drying structures, and removing debris
• Cleaning and sanitizing affected areas
• Restoring properties to pre-loss condition
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process

The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Certification in Fire & Water Damage Restoration is a plus.

2. Building Restoration & Preservation Specialist

As a Building Restoration & Preservation Specialist at Target Restoration Services, you will be responsible for restoring and preserving historical, architectural, and cultural properties to their original beauty and condition. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting historical research and assessments
• Developing restoration and preservation plans
• Performing restoration work using traditional and modern techniques
• Collaborating with architects, historians, and other professionals
• Ensuring compliance with preservation standards and regulations

The ideal candidate will have a background in historic preservation, architecture, or a related field, have strong attention to detail, possess excellent craftsmanship skills, and have a passion for preserving our cultural heritage. Certification in Building Restoration & Preservation is a plus.
