Responsibilities:

• Performing laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and other aesthetic treatments
• Conducting client consultations to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Ensuring client satisfaction and safety throughout the treatment process
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed medical aesthetician
• Experience in performing laser hair removal and other aesthetic treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team

Do you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for clients? We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team at GLO Laser & Med Spa. This role involves managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and checking them in for appointments
• Answering phone calls and emails to book appointments and address client inquiries
• Managing the reception area and ensuring a smooth flow of clients
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client inquiries professionally
• Knowledge of spa and beauty services is a plus
