We are Hiring:

Nash Industries Inc is currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team in the role of Contract Manufacturing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about manufacturing and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing the production process and ensuring that our clients’ needs are met with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their manufacturing requirements and specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop production plans and schedules
• Monitor the progress of manufacturing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high manufacturing standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract manufacturing or a related field
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with ERP systems and other manufacturing software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
