Position: Youth Pastor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Pastor to join our ministry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong faith in Jesus Christ, a heart for youth ministry, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people. This position offers the opportunity to lead and develop our youth program, mentor students, and build meaningful relationships within our church community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly youth group meetings and activities
• Organize and oversee youth retreats, camps, and mission trips
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to youth members
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer youth leaders
• Collaborate with church staff to integrate youth into all aspects of church life
• Plan and implement special events and outreach initiatives for youth

Qualifications:

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• A commitment to the Baptist faith and doctrine
• Prior experience in youth ministry or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire young people
• Bachelor’s degree in ministry or related field (preferred)
