Gulfton Promise Head Start is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education to children in the Gulfton community. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Child Care Educators.

Job Title: Child Care Educator

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the preschool program.
• Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and grow.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on their child’s progress.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills as an educator.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must pass a background check and provide references.
