Position: Medical Lab Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions
• Prepare samples, analyze data, and report findings accurately
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
• Adhere to quality control and safety procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Keep accurate records and documentation of tests and results

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred
• Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
