Position: Furniture Cleaning & Fabric Protection Technician

Responsibilities:

• Performing furniture cleaning and fabric protection services at residential and commercial properties
• Inspecting and assessing furniture and fabric to determine the best cleaning methods
• Using professional equipment and cleaning products to achieve high-quality results
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in furniture cleaning and fabric protection
• Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their cleaning requirements
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position: Carpet & Rug Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Performing carpet and rug cleaning services using industry-standard equipment
• Pre-treating stains and heavily soiled areas to ensure effective cleaning
• Applying specialized cleaning solutions to remove dirt, debris, and odors
• Drying and grooming carpets and rugs to achieve a professional finish

Requirements:

• Experience in carpet and rug cleaning techniques
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
• Strong knowledge of different types of carpet fibers and their cleaning requirements
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Position: Janitorial Service Provider

Responsibilities:

• Performing janitorial services at various commercial properties
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to maintain a clean and tidy environment
• Emptying trash receptacles and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
