At La Real Michicana, we are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Grocery Store Associates. As a Grocery Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and that our customers receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Stocking shelves and organizing products
• Assisting customers in finding products and answering their questions
• Ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained
• Operating cash registers and handling transactions
• Following food safety guidelines
• Assisting with inventory management

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of Mexican products and cuisine is a plus
