About the Role:

As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical team and ensuring the smooth operation of our fertility center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the front desk and greeting patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow to minimize wait times
  • Assisting with patient intake, including verifying insurance and collecting necessary paperwork
  • Communicating with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care
  • Handling patient inquiries and providing information on clinic services
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or clinic setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and electronic medical records systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
