Position: Front Desk Agent

Location: Sofitel Hotel – New York City

As a Front Desk Agent at Sofitel Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our hotel. Your primary responsibilities will include:

– Greeting guests in a warm and welcoming manner
– Checking guests in and out of the hotel
– Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
– Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Processing payments and reservations accurately

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing reservations
– A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist guests with their needs
