Position: Immigration & Naturalization Consultant/Attorney

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Immigration & Naturalization Consultant/Attorney to join our team at Law Offices of Manuel Solis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a proven track record of success in handling a variety of immigration cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to immigration and naturalization.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, visas, and other legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Attend immigration court hearings and represent clients in removal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
