We are currently seeking qualified professionals to join our team in the following role:

Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Advocating for clients and connecting them with resources in the community
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience working in a behavioral health setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
