Job Title: Home Health Aide

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide
• Previous experience in home health care or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
