Position: Pediatric Nephrologist

Location: New York, NY

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with kidney disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for each patient.
• Conduct thorough medical evaluations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and educate families about the importance of adhering to prescribed therapies.
• Participate in research initiatives, clinical trials, and educational programs to advance the field of Pediatric Nephrology.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and adhere to best practices in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board certification in Pediatric Nephrology.
• Valid medical license and DEA registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pediatric Nephrology practice.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in the diagnosis and management of kidney disorders in children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with pediatric patients and their families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of Nephrology.
